Soul coaching goes to a deeper level

In addition to the program, a certified soul coach is trained to facilitate soul journeys which help access your authentic self.

Who you are is enough. This is part of the profound language of soul coaching, a program created by Denise Linn, an international healer, writer and lecturer who has trained and certified more than 500 soul coaches.

Life coaching came into vogue about 15 years ago. When it began, it was goal-oriented and often related to business. Then it branched off into helping people with their jobs, relationships and even their spirituality. Linn has taken it a step further by asking the question, “If you could hear the messages from your soul, what would it be telling you?”

Certified soul coaches teach Linn’s 28-day program that is dedicated to an in-depth cleaning and clearing of the different mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of one’s life. By utilizing the energy of the elements of nature, air, water, fire and earth, the program will allow you to clear old blockages and undertake transformative changes to your daily life.

Each day, the program begins with a personal note, affirmations and lessons at three different levels of intensity. You choose which level is appropriate for you each day. The program can be challenging at times, but doing the work always yields unexpected and potentially life-altering shifts in all areas of your life.

In addition to the program, a certified soul coach is trained to facilitate soul journeys which help access your authentic self. A soul journey utilizes relaxation techniques and guided imagery through which to help you discover your inner wisdom. It can clear away mental debris and help you discover inner peace, happiness and your soul’s purpose. It can get you in touch with past lives, your totem animals and spirit guides, and other metaphysical truths.
